Is payment for the
storage unit made monthly?
Payment is required every four weeks (28 days).
Monthly payments are also available.

How do I make a
payment?
Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, debit card, cheque or cash.
Preauthorized payments are also available.

May I rent from week
to week?
Yes, but only after being a tenant for at least 4 weeks, you may rent and
submit payment on a weekly basis.

When may I access my
storage unit?
Customers may access their storage units 24 hours a day, 7
days a week.

Does the Mini
Storage Place provide a lock for the unit?
Yes. Locks are available to our customers at a nominal fee.

Does
the Mini Storage Place provide extra key cutting service?
Yes, key's are cut on site, this benefit customers who require courier
delivery to their units, so a spare key can be left at no extra charge for
this service.

Does anyone else
have a key to my lock?
No, the two keys provided with the locks are for the customers to retain
only.

Do I have to give
notice before I vacate my unit?
Yes. Please provide at
least three days notice. Removal of the lock by the customer is also
required.

Is insurance
available?
Yes. Customer storage insurance is available. It is
recommended that you have some form of insurance coverage in case damage
occurs.

Do you provide
rental trucks to assist with moving?
No, but company
referrals are available upon request.
